At Clarke Maintenance Services we provide a wide range of Building Maintenance services for Industrial, Commercial and Retail clients.
The Reactive and Planned Building Maintenance services are at the core of our business and can include; plumbing, electrical, joinery works, painting and decorating.
Our team of 10 engineers are fully trained and experienced in their individual fields of speciality, and are supported by our friendly and efficient office-based team who manage our Help Desk, project scheduling, procurement of materials and administration (and much more). Additional specialist support from external Associates and Partners are utilised when needed.
All projects are logged, scheduled and managed through our online platform Work Pal. Each engineer has an electronic device and can be notified of their next job within minutes of a request being made. They record all aspects from start to finish time, notes relating to the work, images before, during and after, and the client signature. This completed job record is sent electronically to the clients (almost) immediately.
Health & Safety is an important element of our work, our Contracts Manager is IOSH trained and our engineers undergo regular training. All projects are subject to a Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS).
We are a member of The Federation of Master Builders, they are the UK's largest trade association in the construction industry, championing continuous improvement in building standards for over 75 years.
We are members of NAPIT, one of the leading Government approved and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited membership scheme operators in the building services and fabric sector.
We carry the Safe Contractor accreditation - this is our commitment to sustainable and ethical practices.
