For our Commercial landlords we provide Property Refurbishment and Clearance services.
This can be on a complete or part renovation basis for example a replacement bathroom or kitchen.
Other examples of works include:
- Electrical re-wiring. We can carry out full certification for domestic and commercial properties (EIC and EICR) or issue a certificate for minor works
- Plastering
- New Windows and Doors fitted
- Joinery work
- Installation of a central heating system
- Installation of bathrooms and kitchens
- Roofing
- Brickwork
When properties become empty, commercial landlords are typically looking for a quick turnaround to clean, clear or refurbish a property so that it can be ready for a new tenant as soon as possible. We are SafeContractor Approved and provide a range of Clearance services including:
- Boarding up
- Removal of old or damaged fixtures & fittings
- Cleaning
- Plumbing
- Electrical Maintenance
- Glazing replacements
- Painting & Decorating
How We Work
Once we have understood the client requirements, we will create a schedule of works detailing the sequence of events and timescales.
All projects are fully managed by our Contracts Manager who will communicate every detail of the work from start to finish.
